Healthy Life
Good
afternoon, today I will talk about one of my favorite courses: I really do not
like any of my courses, the most enjoyable course is functional training, this
course is not major-specific, but it has been very helpful in my university
life,. My life in the university has been very difficult because I do not like
the major, for the same reason I do not like any courses of the program, all
courses are very theoretical, monotonous, boring and impractical. I really do
not like it.
That's why
the functional training course has helped me to distract and make me feel
better about myself; it also allows me to practice sports and live a healthier
life or at least that´s what I try.
The
schedule for this course is every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:15 a.m. until
11:45 a.m. in the gym of this School.
The gym is
very poor, ugly, it does not have many machines to practice, but the teacher
manages to do the classes with the equipment we have.
The classes
are very exhausting, in the first class I got really tired, there was so much to
the point of that the next day I was very sore, and I could not walk well
because of the pain I felt. With time I got used to it and gained more physical
resistance and I started enjoying the classes
Everyone
should take this course!


functional training is the best class of the university. I hope I can get that course again!
